Admission Requirements
To Apply
To begin the application process, simply click the application link found in your initial communication from HMS. You will fill out the application form, upload supporting documents, and submit it for final review. There is no application fee.
Application Deadline
The application deadline is 2 weeks before the program start date if you are already in the US with a valid visa. Otherwise, the application deadline is 2 months before the program start date. The university reserves the right to stop accepting applications at any time should classes reach capacity.

Degree Certificates and Transcripts

Include all university transcripts. The degree conferral date must appear on all USA transcripts where a degree was earned. If the qualifying degree was earned outside of the US, submit a foreign transcript evaluation from a NACES member organization listed HERE.
Two Letters of Recommendation

Letters accepted from academic and professional sources. Letters must be written and signed by the recommenders themselves in their own words. This requirement can be waived if a qualifying degree has been earned in the US.

Proof of English Proficiency

IELTS (6.5) with a minimum writing subscore of 6 or TOEFL IBT (79) with a minimum writing subscore of 20 or DuoLingo (105) with a minimum subscore of 100 or PTE-A (52) with a minimum subscore of 50. Test scores cannot be more than 2 years old. Not required if you have earned a qualifying degree in the US or your foreign transcript indicates that the mode of instruction was English.
Passport

Individuals already in the USA must also include copies of their visa, most recent I-20, and I-94.
Bank Statement

Upload a bank statement showing $26,000 in financial support. Pay stubs cannot be used as proof of financial support.
