Admission Requirements
To Apply
To begin the application process, simply click the application link found in your initial communication from HMS. You will fill out the application form, upload supporting documents, and submit it for final review. There is no application fee.
Application Deadline
The application deadline is 2 weeks before the program start date if you are already in the US with a valid visa. Otherwise, the application deadline is 2 months before the program start date. The university reserves the right to stop accepting applications at any time should classes reach capacity.

Goal Statement

The statement should be at least 1 typed page in length or 200+ words. Not required if you have graduated from a US university.
Degree Certificates and Transcripts

Include all university transcripts. Foreign transcripts may need to be evaluated by WES or ECE.
Two Current Letters of Recommendation

Letters should be from current or former employers or professors. Not required if you have graduated from a US university.
Professional Resume
Proof of English Proficiency

IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL (80) or DuoLingo (105) or PTE (59). Not required if you have successfully completed one full semester of graduate studies from a regionally accredited US institution of higher education with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Passport

Individuals already in the USA must also include copies of their visa, most recent I-20, and I-94.
Bank Statement

Bank statements of $27,190 in financial support and affidavit of support if applicable. Pay stubs cannot be used as proof of financial support. If you are using sponsor bank statements, you must also submit an affidavit of support.
US Nursing License and NCLEX-RN

Students applying to the MS Nursing program must include a copy of their US Nursing license and NCLEX-RN
