Application Form

• Complete the application form by clicking the personalized application link in your initial communication.

Statement of Interest
• Clearly describe your goals and objectives for pursuing the intended degree.

Degree Certificates and Transcripts
• Include all university transcripts. The degree conferral date must appear on all USA transcripts where a degree was earned. Minimum GPA of 3.0 required, although a lower GPA may be considered upon a holistic review of the application.

Foreign Transcript Evaluation
• If the qualifying degree was earned outside of the US, submit a course-by-course foreign transcript evaluation from a NACES member organization.
• Receive a DISCOUNT and your evaluation in 3 DAYS at https://myiee.org/university/howell-management-services.

Letters of Recommendation
• One letter of recommendation from an academic and professional source. The letter must be written and signed by the recommender himself/herself in their own words.

Professional Resume or Curriculum Vitae

Proof of English Proficiency
• IELTS (6.5) or TOEFL IBT (80) or DuoLingo (110).

Passport
• Individuals already in the USA must also include copies of their visa, most recent I-20, and I-94.

Bank Statement
• Upload a bank statement showing $47,260 in financial support. Pay stubs cannot be used as proof of financial support.

Certificate of Financial Responsibility

• Complete and upload the Certificate of Financial Responsibility. This is required of all students, even if your education is self-funded. Download the form HERE.​
